The Plus Strut is the 1st 5K run / walk for plus size women in North America. Affectionately known as "The Curviest 5K on the planet!"
68% of the women in the U.S are a size 14 and above, but many don't feel comfortable in running community.
This is your space to be supported, encouraged and celebrated, achieving a goal that women in this demographic aren't often conquering.
