SCAD is proud to present BAM! (Black Artists in Music), the university’s acclaimed concert celebration of Black History Month and Black musical artists. This year’s show honors the influential voices of Black musical artists and their monumental contributions to the world of film. Tony Award winning actor Anika Noni Rose (Dreamgirls, The Princess and the Frog) and Grammy Award nominee and Broadway sensation Avery Wilson (The Wiz, The Voice) will join the SCAD Bee Sharps, the university’s premier vocal ensemble, at this electric concert series featuring iconic hit songs from films including The Lion King, The Wiz, Dreamgirls, Harriet, Sister Act, and many more.
